1. Bookings & Payment
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry — every guest must first be an approved Bang Bus Club member before a booking is valid. Only bookings made directly by the approved member are accepted; tickets passed on, resold, or shared without our prior written consent will be treated as invalid, and entry may be refused.
2. Cancellations
We don’t offer refunds or date changes once a booking is confirmed — this includes if your plans change, you’re unable to make it, or you decide the event isn’t for you after all. The only exception is if we cancel an event ourselves, in which case you’ll be refunded in full. If something comes up and you need to discuss your booking, email us first — nothing is transferred or changed without our written sign-off beforehand.
3. Getting In
Bring valid photo ID matching the name your ticket was booked under. We won’t admit anyone who’s clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. [Add your own policy here on how couples/singles are defined for booking purposes, if relevant.] If you’ve booked as a couple, you’re expected to arrive and leave together — we don’t split couples’ entry or exit.
4. Moving Between Spaces
Once you’re in, you’re free to move between the party bus and the pop-up venue throughout the night — subject to space and capacity at each.
5. We Can Say No
Membership and a valid ticket don’t guarantee an unconditional right to attend. If we believe, at our discretion, that a guest doesn’t fit with the standards or culture we’re building, we can decline or withdraw entry — even after a ticket’s been bought — and you’ll be refunded in full. Guests who don’t follow our on-the-night policies, or who behave inappropriately, can be asked to leave or have their access revoked, with no refund in that case.
6. Your Own Responsibility
Bang Bus Club, our team, and any vehicle or venue we use aren’t responsible for what you or other guests choose to do while attending. You’re responsible for your own actions, and for looking after yourself and treating others with respect.
